This 7 inch digital wireless forklift camera kit is designed to improve operator visibility around forklifts and material-handling equipment.
The system includes a fully laminated 7 inch touchscreen DVR monitor, one 1080P digital wireless camera and a rechargeable 12V battery pack. The battery powers the camera without requiring a permanent camera power connection, making installation more practical where running additional wiring may be difficult.
The waterproof camera is available with 100°, 60° or 35° viewing angles. For general rear visibility on a forklift, the 100° camera provides broad coverage of the area behind the machine. The camera has an IP69K waterproof housing and infrared night vision for use in low-light environments.
The monitor supports up to four digital wireless cameras, allowing additional cameras to be added for rear, side or other forklift blind spots. It also includes DVR recording and supports micro-SD cards up to 512GB.
The rechargeable battery has an IP67 aluminium housing and a strong magnetic base. It provides approximately 14 hours of camera operation without infrared lighting or approximately seven hours when the infrared lights operate continuously. The monitor must still be connected to the forklift’s 12V or 24V electrical system.
Wireless Range Up to 200 Metres
The digital wireless system provides a stable, interference-resistant signal at distances of up to 200 metres in clear line-of-sight conditions. Obstacles in the way of the wireless signal will reduce the wireless distance slightly.
Supports Looped Recording
The monitor supports a micro-SD cards up to 512GB. They require a speed equal to or greater than U3/V30. SD card is not included.

Power
To power the monitors and cameras effectively, a power supply within the range of 12 to 32 volts is required, with an absolute minimum of 12 volts (12V) as a constant. A reliable guideline to keep in mind is that a blue screen on the monitor indicates insufficient constant power, while a black screen signals a lack of constant power to the cameras.
While it's common practice to draw power for the cameras from the vehicle's tail lights, it's important to note that some modern European trucks and other European vehicles often provide less than 12 volts through the taillights. This voltage level is insufficient to ensure proper camera operation. For those involved in constructing new trailers or retrofitting vehicles, it is strongly recommended to install a dedicated power wire for the camera systems. This separate power source guarantees a steady and ample supply of 12V, ensuring the cameras operate consistently and reliably.
DC12V Mobile Battery Pack
This 12V portable battery pack powers wireless reversing cameras without wiring. Featuring an IP67 waterproof aluminum housing and a strong magnetic base, it ensures secure, flexible camera placement for trucks, caravans, and industrial use.

Digital Wireless Extension Antenna (ADWC).
5dBi Signal Boost, 3-meter cable that screws onto a camera or monitor, offering the flexibility to extend the antenna.
The antenna base is equipped with a magnetic base, although additional adhesive may be required for secure placement.

Secure Twist Lock Camera and Power cable Connections
Ensure that the twist lock connection is fitted with the rubber cover and positioned securely over the junction. Additionally, it is advisable, if these connections are expected to be exposed to the elements, to wrap them with insulation tape to prevent water ingress.
