This 360 surround view camera system uses four high definition cameras to create a real time bird’s eye view around the vehicle, giving operators complete visibility in all directions. It is designed to eliminate blind spots and improve safety when manoeuvring in confined or high risk environments. The system uses advanced image stitching technology and AI detection to monitor surrounding areas, helping identify obstacles, equipment, and personnel for improved safety and awareness. Built for demanding Australian conditions, this industrial grade system delivers reliable performance for applications where full vehicle coverage, durability, and safety are critical.
This 4 Camera system is for vehicles up to 12m long.
This 360 surround view system is designed for real working environments, not showroom conditions. The AI detection highlights people and moving vehicles around the machine, giving operators clear visual awareness in high risk situations.
Ideal for trucks, forklifts, mining equipment, and heavy machinery where blind spots are a serious safety concern.

The system uses high-definition cameras with an IP69K waterproof rating, suitable for continuous operation in industrial, mining and heavy-duty vehicle environments. For optimal image accuracy and surround view performance, each camera should be installed at a minimum mounting height of 1.5 meters.

The system supports four camera inputs and uses advanced surround view processing to create a continuous 360-degree panoramic bird’s-eye view around the vehicle. Real-time image stitching provides consistent coverage around the vehicle perimeter, supporting improved visibility during low-speed manoeuvring and operation.

High-definition video streams from each camera are corrected for geometric distortion and perspective alignment before being stitched into a unified surround view. The system generates a synthesised three-dimensional top-down driving scene, accurately representing the vehicle footprint and surrounding environment.
The surround view system integrates input from all cameras to maintain consistent spatial awareness around the vehicle. This omnidirectional visual composition assists operators when navigating confined spaces, busy worksites and controlled industrial or mining areas.

For accurate calibration and the best 360° surround-view image, all cameras must be installed in the correct positions.
For example, do not point one side camera downward while the camera on the opposite side is pointing upward.
Correct and symmetrical camera positioning is important because it allows the system to accurately combine the four camera images and produce a balanced 360° surround view.
The system features automatic calibration technology designed to simplify installation and reduce setup time. Calibration can be completed using the touchscreen monitor or remote control and requires four calibration mats placed around the vehicle. Once positioned, the system performs calibration automatically, delivering accurate surround view alignment without complex manual adjustment.

Blind spots are a common challenge for trucks, forklifts, agricultural machinery and other heavy vehicles, particularly during low-speed manoeuvring and operation in confined areas. Limited visibility around the vehicle can increase risk for operators and nearby personnel.
This surround view camera system is designed to improve visibility around the vehicle by providing a continuous panoramic view of areas that are difficult to see from the cab. By supporting greater situational awareness, the system assists operators in identifying hazards and navigating more confidently in busy or high-risk working environments.

While areas A, B, and C are not typically classified as blind spots, the lower sections around high-clearance vehicles—such as trucks—can still create unexpected blind zones.

Areas A, B, C - Patial Blind Spots - Visibility in these zones varies depending on the size and height of the vehicle. Larger vehicles increase the risk in these areas.
Area D - Full Blind Spot - Completely out of the drivers' line of sight and not visible in standard rear-view mirrors, making it a high-risk zone.
Area E - Full Blind Spot (Pillar Area) - The A-Pillar near the windshield obstructs the driver's view creating a significant blind spot that can conceal pedestrians or object.

• GPS function route playback (not live navigation) to review vehicle movement during critical operations
• AI function speed recognition can be configured to suit vehicle safety protocols and speed zones
Internal or External Warning Buzzers
The 360° system monitor includes a built-in audible warning. For applications where a louder in-cab warning is required, an optional internal warning buzzer can be added. An optional external buzzer/siren is also available to provide an audible warning to pedestrians and other people working around the vehicle. Both the internal buzzer and external buzzer/siren are optional extras.
AI Detection vs Object Detection
The 360° AI system detects and highlights pedestrians and vehicles only. It does not detect static objects such as walls, poles, machinery or other equipment. For object detection and distance awareness, the system can be upgraded with an optional 77GHz millimetre-wave radar sensor.
Optional 77GHz Millimetre-Wave Sensor

When paired with the 360° camera system, the optional millimetre-wave radar sensor can display the detected distance of pedestrians, vehicles or objects directly on the monitor, giving the operator an additional indication of how close the hazard is to the vehicle.

The Waterproof Millimetre-Wave Radar System uses advanced 77GHz technology to provide accurate obstacle detection in all weather conditions including at night. Designed for heavy-duty environments, it is ideal for large vehicles such as trucks, mining machinery, construction equipment, and agricultural vehicles. This system enhances safety during reversing, manoeuvring, and low-speed operations by reliably identifying objects up to 40 metres away.

Silicone Pad Mounting Parameters
Mount on rear vehicle centerline 0.4~1.5m above ground (with silicone pad);
Sensor face must be vertically perpendicular to ground;
The arrow on the back of the sensor must be placed downward.

Before permanent installation of the radar sensor, verify the sensor mounting location ensures an unobstructed detection zone. Temporarily mount the sensor, power the system and confirm no false detection occur.
If the vehicle body is sloped, a Horizontal Tilt Adjustment Bracket is required to correctly align the millimetre-wave sensor during installation.
