This 7 inch mirror reversing camera kit is designed to provide a clean and integrated rear vision solution for cars and light vehicles. The mirror monitor clips over the existing rear-view mirror and functions as a normal mirror when the display is not in use. The system includes a high-quality 1080P HD reversing camera with a 60 degree viewing angle, providing a more focused rear view with reduced distortion. This narrower angle is ideal for drivers who require improved distance judgement when reversing or aligning with trailers. The mirror monitor delivers a clear display, even in bright sunlight conditions, making it easy to monitor the area behind the vehicle. The monitor supports the connection of two cameras, allowing an additional camera to be added for expanded rear or side visibility if required.

1080P HD Waterproof IP69K Industrial Grade Reversing Camera 60°
A 60-degree camera is a narrow-angle, long-depth-of-field camera. Its image has low distortion and realistic distance perception, making it ideal for long-distance observation and precise positioning—such as when towing a trailer, but it comes with larger blind spots on both sides. Some customers install two cameras on the back of their caravans, the 60° for travelling and the 120° for reversing.

Secure Waterproof Cable Connections
The connections on the reversing / rear-view camera cables push in and then screw up creating a secure connection. They come with rubber O-rings creating a waterproof join. The extension cable is airline aviation cable and has a 4-pin female end and a 4-pin male end. NAS cameras come with a 4-pin female ended connection and require the 4 pin male ended extension cable. NAS monitors have the 4-pin male ended connection and require the female ended extension cable.

The Grid lines can be tuned on or off. The grid can be enlarged or made smaller in the monitor menu.

The trigger cable gray does not have to be connected, it only requires connection if you want a camera to come on automatically for example when the vehicle is put in reverse. If the trigger wire is connected, then you will not be able to view the camera at all times whilst driving. If not connecting the trigger cable wrap it individually in insulation tape.
