Wired Caravan Reversing Camera Kit – Reliable Rear Vision for Safe Towing
This 5 inch caravan reversing camera kit provides clear and stable rear vision when reversing and towing. Choose from 30°, 45°, 60° or 120° camera angles to suit your visibility and driving needs.
The kit includes a monitor, camera, cables and a dust cover to protect connections when the caravan is not in use. Designed for easy installation and consistent performance on Australian roads.
A narrow 30° camera is ideal for distance viewing, allowing you to clearly see how far vehicles are behind you while driving. Wider angles such as 100 or 120° provide better coverage when reversing and manoeuvring.
Monitor Supports Two Reversing Cameras
Click on the "Add Extra Camera" Tab to add another camera to this kit. Extra cable length will be required and can be selected on the same page. The extra camera can be installed on the back of the vehicle and used for backing up to the hitch of the caravan and to drive with on all the time when the caravan is not being towed.

Screw the dust covers onto both the car and caravan cable ends for durable, weather-resistant defense against dust, dirt, and moisture. Secure Waterproof Cable Connections
The connections on the reversing / rear-view camera cables push in and then screw up creating a secure connection. They come with rubber O-rings creating a waterproof join. The extension cable is airline aviation cable and has a 4-pin female end and a 4-pin male end. RVCS cameras come with a 4-pin female ended connection and require the 4 pin male ended extension cable.

The green trigger cables does not have to be connected, it only requires connection if you want a camera to come on automatically for example when the vehicle is put in reverse. If the trigger wire is connected, then you will not be able to view the camera at all times whilst driving. If not connecting the trigger wire wrap it individually in insulation tape.

Camera viewing angle plays an important role in how your reversing camera performs when towing. A narrow 30° camera is ideal for driving and distance viewing, giving you a clear, rear-vision style image so you can accurately judge how far vehicles are behind your caravan while travelling.
Mid-range angles such as 45° and 60° provide a balanced view, making them suitable for both reversing and general towing. They offer more coverage than a narrow lens while still allowing you to maintain a good sense of distance.
A wider 100° camera is best suited for reversing and manoeuvring, as it captures a broader area behind the caravan. This helps reduce blind spots and makes it easier to see obstacles when parking or navigating tight spaces.
