Main description

This 10 inch waterproof digital wireless forklift camera kit is designed to improve fork visibility, load alignment and operational control in warehouses, logistics facilities and demanding industrial environments.

The system includes a large 10.1 inch IP66 waterproof touchscreen monitor, a purpose-built 1080P forklift camera with integrated green laser guidance and a rechargeable battery pack for powering the camera. The battery-powered design reduces the need to run a separate power cable to the camera, making installation more practical on forklifts and material-handling equipment.

The forklift camera provides an 80° viewing angle, giving the operator a clear view of the forks and load area. The integrated green laser beam provides an additional visual reference for accurate fork positioning, helping improve pallet alignment and reduce the risk of damaged products or incorrectly positioned loads. The camera has an IP69K-rated aluminium housing and an internal wireless antenna for a compact installation.

The 10.1 inch touchscreen monitor includes DVR recording and adjustable crosshair guide lines. The crosshair can be moved, zoomed in or zoomed out to provide an additional positioning reference. The monitor supports up to four digital wireless cameras and can display single, split, three-camera or quad views.

The rechargeable battery pack powers the forklift camera without requiring a permanent camera power connection. The monitor must still be connected to the forklift’s 12–32V electrical supply.

Wireless Range Up to 100 Metres

The digital wireless system provides a stable, interference-resistant signal at distances of up to 100 metres in clear line-of-sight conditions. Obstacles in the way of the wireless signal will reduce the wireless distance slightly.

DC12V Mobile Battery Pack 

This 12V portable battery pack powers wireless reversing cameras without wiring. Featuring an IP67 waterproof aluminum housing and a strong magnetic base, it ensures secure, flexible camera placement for trucks, caravans, and industrial use.

Power

To power the monitors and cameras effectively, a power supply within the range of 12 to 32 volts is required, with an absolute minimum of 12 volts (12V) as a constant. A reliable guideline to keep in mind is that a blue screen on the monitor indicates insufficient constant power, while a black screen signals a lack of constant power to the cameras.

The trigger wires on the monitor harness do not need to be connected unless you want a camera to activate automatically, such as when the vehicle is put into reverse. If the trigger wire is connected, you will not be able to view the camera continuously while driving. If you choose not to connect the trigger wires, wrap each one individually with insulation tape.

Digital Wireless Extension Antenna (ADWC).

5dBi Signal Boost, 3-meter cable that screws onto a camera or monitor, offering the flexibility to extend the antenna.

The antenna base is equipped with a magnetic base, although additional adhesive may be required for secure placement.

Secure Twist Lock Camera and Power cable Connections

Ensure that the twist lock connection is fitted with the rubber cover and positioned securely over the junction. Additionally, it is advisable, if these connections are expected to be exposed to the elements, to wrap them with insulation tape to prevent water ingress.
