This 7 inch digital wireless forklift camera system is designed to improve fork visibility, pallet positioning and operational control in warehouses, logistics facilities and industrial environments.
The system includes a 7 inch fully laminated touchscreen DVR monitor, a purpose-built 1080P stainless-steel forklift camera and a rechargeable 12V magnetic battery pack.
The forklift camera has a focused 52° viewing angle, providing a concentrated view of the forks and load area. This makes it more suitable for fork positioning and pallet alignment than a standard wide-angle reversing camera. Its compact 304 stainless-steel housing has an anti-collision design and an IP69K waterproof rating for demanding industrial applications.
The rechargeable battery powers the camera without requiring a permanent power connection at the camera location. Its strong magnetic base allows it to be secured to a suitable metal surface, reducing the need to run power wiring along the forklift mast. The battery provides approximately 14 hours of camera operation, depending on operating conditions.
The fully laminated touchscreen monitor includes built-in DVR recording and supports up to four digital wireless cameras. Additional cameras can be added for reversing, side visibility or other forklift blind spots. The screen supports single, dual, three-camera, quad and picture-in-picture viewing modes.
The monitor must be connected to the forklift’s electrical supply, while the included battery powers the forklift camera.

Wireless Range Up to 100 Metres
The digital wireless system provides a stable, interference-resistant signal at distances of up to 100 metres in clear line-of-sight conditions. Obstacles in the way of the wireless signal will reduce the wireless distance slightly.
Supports Looped Recording
The monitor supports a micro-SD cards up to 512GB. They require a speed equal to or greater than U3/V30. SD card is not included.

Power Supply Options
The forklift camera can be powered by a battery pack or wired into a constant DC12V power supply.
DC12V Mobile Battery Pack
This 12V portable battery pack powers wireless reversing cameras without wiring. Featuring an IP67 waterproof aluminum housing and a strong magnetic base, it ensures secure, flexible camera placement for trucks, caravans, and industrial use.

Digital Wireless Extension Antenna (ADWC).
5dBi Signal Boost, 3-meter cable that screws onto a camera or monitor, offering the flexibility to extend the antenna.
The antenna base is equipped with a magnetic base, although additional adhesive may be required for secure placement.
Lock Camera & Power Cable Connections
Ensure that the twist lock connection is fitted with the rubber cover and positioned securely over the junction. Additionally, it is advisable, if these connections are expected to be exposed to the elements, to wrap them with insulation tape to prevent water ingress.
