This 7 inch digital wireless forklift camera kit is designed to improve fork visibility, pallet positioning and load-handling accuracy in warehouses, logistics facilities and industrial environments.

The system includes a 7 inch fully laminated touchscreen monitor, a purpose-built 1080P wireless forklift camera with integrated green laser guidance and a rechargeable magnetic battery pack.

The laser beam provides the operator with a clear positioning reference when aligning the forks with pallets and loads. This can help improve operating efficiency and reduce the risk of product damage caused by inaccurate fork placement.

The forklift camera has an 80 degree viewing angle, providing a clear view of the forks and load area without the excessive distortion associated with wider reversing cameras. Its IP69K waterproof aluminium housing and anti-collision design make it suitable for demanding industrial applications.

The rechargeable battery powers the camera without requiring a permanent power connection at the camera position. Its magnetic mounting allows the battery to be secured to a suitable metal surface, reducing the need to run power wiring along the forklift mast. The monitor must still be connected to the forklift’s 12V or 24V electrical supply.

The touchscreen monitor supports up to four digital wireless cameras. Additional cameras can be added later for reversing, side visibility or other forklift blind spots. The monitor supports single, split-screen, three-camera and quad viewing.

Wireless Range Up to 100 Metres

The digital wireless system provides a stable, interference-resistant signal at distances of up to 100 metres in clear line-of-sight conditions. Obstacles in the way of the wireless signal will reduce the wireless distance slightly.

Supports Looped Recording

The monitor supports a micro-SD cards up to 512GB.  They require a speed equal to or greater than U3/V30.  SD card is not included.

This 12V portable battery pack powers wireless reversing cameras without wiring. Featuring an IP67 waterproof aluminum housing and a strong magnetic base, it ensures secure, flexible camera placement for trucks, caravans, and industrial use.

Power

To power the monitors and cameras effectively, a power supply within the range of 12 to 32 volts is required, with an absolute minimum of 12 volts (12V) as a constant. A reliable guideline to keep in mind is that a blue screen on the monitor indicates insufficient constant power, while a black screen signals a lack of constant power to the cameras.

The trigger wires on the monitor harness do not need to be connected unless you want a camera to activate automatically, such as when the vehicle is put into reverse. If the trigger wire is connected, you will not be able to view the camera continuously while driving. If you choose not to connect the trigger wires, wrap each one individually with insulation tape.

Digital Wireless Extension Antenna (ADWC).

5dBi Signal Boost, 3-meter cable that screws onto a camera or monitor, offering the flexibility to extend the antenna.

The antenna base is equipped with a magnetic base, although additional adhesive may be required for secure placement.

Secure Twist Lock Camera and Power cable Connections

Ensure that the twist lock connection is fitted with the rubber cover and positioned securely over the junction. Additionally, it is advisable, if these connections are expected to be exposed to the elements, to wrap them with insulation tape to prevent water ingress.
